Parking Fines

Bikes that are not parked correctly violate our licence agreement with the local authorities and also result in complaints from members of the public.

Fines are issued as a deterrent for future incorrect parking of our bikes and are charged regardless of whether Bleeper removes the bike, or another user does. Incorrectly parked bikes must be removed by our parking operations team and re-parked correctly in the event of complaints from the public or if they haven't moved within a certain period of time.

The rule of thumb for parking a Bleeper is that if the bike rack is a ‘Sheffield Stand’ bike rack, located on public property (street) and is within our Operating Zone then you can park a Bleeper there and you don’t have to worry about fines from us.
